Campaign – The "Free Coffee" marketing event aimed at increasing the active user base of the Mobile Application and stimulating demand for the Company's products.
Acceptance – The participant's full and unconditional agreement with these Terms and the main Public Offer of the Application, expressed by completing the registration process.
Mobile Application (Application) – The "Safia cafe&bakery" software for mobile electronic devices designed for placing Orders, obtaining information, interacting with Branches, and participating in loyalty programs.
Organizer / Company – "MADINA-QANDOLAT" LLC (TIN 306080395, +998977442299, marketing.dep@safiabakery.uz, Tashkent, Yunusabad district, C4, house 5A), operating under the trademark "Safia cafe&bakery".
Gift – The right to receive one complimentary portion of a drink of choice (Americano, Cappuccino, or Espresso) as a reward, exclusively after registering in the Application and making full payment for the first purchase of any product at a Company branch. Downloading the Application and registering do not by themselves constitute a sufficient ground to claim the Gift without making an actual purchase.

This Campaign is a public offer. The agreement between the participant and the Company is considered concluded at the moment the registration in the Application is completed.
The Campaign is governed by these terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").

Campaign Period: from January 1, 2025.
The Company reserves the exclusive right to unilaterally change the timeframe of the Campaign, as well as to terminate it prematurely by publishing a notice in the Application or on the website. The updated version of the Terms takes effect on the day of its publication and is available in the Application and on the Company's website.
Location: all operating branches of the Company's network in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Campaign is open exclusively to newly registered users who, at the time of joining the Campaign, have not previously registered in the Mobile Application and whose personal data (phone number, device ID) are not present in the Organizer's database.

To participate in the Campaign, a participant must perform the following set of actions:

Install the Mobile Application via official app stores (Google Play/App Store).
Complete the full registration procedure.
Make and fully pay for the first purchase of any item from the Company's product range at any Company branch.
After making the first purchase, present the personal QR code from the Application to a branch employee (cashier) to receive the Gift.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to provide the Gift if signs of abuse of rights or fraudulent actions are detected.
One participant (one phone number and one mobile device) is entitled to receive only one gift during the entire Campaign period.
To receive the Gift, the participant must present a dynamic QR code directly from the interface of the Mobile Application. The use of screenshots, photos, or video recordings of the screen displaying the QR code is not permitted and constitutes grounds for refusal to issue the Gift.
In the event of a product return from the first order based on which the Gift was issued, the Company reserves the right to cancel the right to the Gift or deduct its cost from the amount refunded to the participant.

The Gift under the Campaign is defined as one portion of a drink of choice: Americano (150 ml), Cappuccino (200 ml), Espresso (50 ml), Ice Americano (365 ml), or Ice Latte (365 ml).
The Gift is issued at the branch bar subject to technical feasibility and availability of ingredients. The Gift cannot be replaced by monetary compensation or other goods, except as provided in clause 8.1.
The Gift provided to the participant within the Campaign has a limited validity period. From the moment it is credited to the participant's Mobile Application (in the form of a corresponding banner), the Gift is valid for 30 (thirty) calendar days.
If the participant does not use the banner to receive the Gift or does not present the dynamic QR code to activate it at a Company branch within the specified period, the Gift is considered unused and will be automatically canceled, with no option for restoration, extension, or exchange for another type of reward.
The Organizer is entitled to use technical means to identify the user and the status of the Gift in the system (including through the operation of the Mobile Application and the integrated automation platform), and the expiration of the Gift's validity period is recorded automatically by the system.

By participating in the Campaign, the User gives their unconditional consent to the processing of their personal data (phone number, full name, date of birth) for the purpose of implementing the Campaign terms in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and the privacy policy available at https://safiabakery.uz/ru.

In the event of a temporary shortage of necessary ingredients or technical malfunction of equipment at a specific branch, the Company is entitled to offer the participant an alternative drink from the list specified in clause 6.1, or the participant shall receive the right to get the Gift at another time or at another branch of the Company.
The Organizer is not responsible for equipment, network, or mobile application failures, nor for the inability to participate due to reasons beyond its control.
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the drink passes to the participant at the moment of its physical handover at the branch bar.
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. The period for consideration of a claim by the Company is 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of its receipt. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be considered in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
